Responsibilities:

  • Supplier research (consumer electronics and printing consumables); Negotiations with suppliers and freight forwarders;

  • Placing orders into production;

  • Balance keeping with suppliers and forwarders;

  • Preparing documents for customs;

  • Supply terms control and resolving manufacturing questions; Reclamations to suppliers.

Achievements:

  • Introduced some ideas about retail packages which allowed the company to save up on freight costs around 25%, and reduced a number of damaged goods while packing and transportation process: Continuously was working on freight cost and delivery time optimization;

  • Enriched company database with relevant suppliers information in a form of comparison tables.

Own project in board games design

Board games allow us to forget about devices and bring us back together offline. I love playing boardgames and wanted to contribute as a marketing specialist to development process.

 

  • Provided accurate feedback to game developers from their potential customers (normally, board games are simply tested within the developers' community).

  • 5 organized play sessions, around 20 games tested in several iterations for the period from 2015-2016, 3 published games and a few unpublished (unpublished - is also a result of testing).

  • Arranged social network promotions, collected prototypes, hired volunteers, organized training for volunteers for each game, developed a questionnaire for tests, negotiated with festival organizers, provided testing results to the developers.

One of my favourite projects!

Together with the artist Aleksandr Kuzminetsky, we have organized a series of lectures and workshops about Photography as Contemporary Art tool. 

I was responsible for the conceptualization, web-design, social media promotion, negotiations and structuring the classes in a comprehensive way.

The goals of the project were educational as well as to promote Aleksandr in his beloved sphere.

As a result, he was able to get attention of student photographers in Kyiv and attracted several of them for his paid workshops.

Marketing and International Procurement Specialist

I've been working with the company for 4 years and started from executive responsibilities such as international procurements, administrating websites, accepting calls, preparing documents etc.

 

In two years, after I've graduated my duties were switched to managerial ones. I was responsible for:

  • new products development;

  • marketing promotional tasks: retail and corporate segments; establishing and managing retail sales; online promotion planning.

  • representing the company while thematic fairs as visitor and partner.

My personal achievements:
I learned that there is nothing impossible and there is always a solution. A good lesson from my manager.
I was very proud of my contribution to the fact our company was among the first to introduce a new product, not sold before at the market with high marginal cost.
